Bet Overview

As the playoffs approach we make an index based on how far each team will progress. 100 points go to the Super Bowl winner, 70 points to the runner up, 50 points to the losing conference finalists, 33 points for losing in the divisional playoffs, 20 points for losing in the wild cards, 0 points for missing the playoffs. You can back any team to be eliminated early or to progress further than expected.

Example

In the 2000/01 Superbowl, Sporting Index quoted Baltimore Ravens as 10 - 13 in the 100 Index. They went on to win and therefore were awarded 100 points. Had you bought at 13 you would have won 87 times your stake. 87 x £10 = £870
