Bet Overview
A bet may be offered about the performance of driver in both in qualifying and individual races, awarding points according to official finishing positions.
1st = 25points, 2nd = 10points and 3rd = 5points.
For the actual race, this market will be quote live and in-running.
This market gives one an opportunity to back or oppose a driver, something which traditional fixed odds betting does not offer.
Example
In the Austrian Grand Prix, we might quote David Coulthards performance as 13 - 14.5. If you think he can come win the race then you would go high (BUY) at 14.5 for the stake of your choice, in this case £5.
If Coulthard wins the race then he would be awarded 25 points so you would have won 10.5 times your stake.
10.5 x £5 = £52.50
But he had spun off in the 33rd lap and been awarded no points you would have lost 14.5 times your stake.
14.5 x 5 = -£72.50
