Bet Overview

At the start of the Formula 1 season we predict how many points we think each driver will get. This gives you the opportunity to predict just how well a driver is going to perform over the entire season and not just individual races.

Example

At the beginning of the season we might predict that Mika Hakkinen would get between 75 - 79 points in the entire season. If you believed he would win a lot of races and perhaps win the championship you would go high (buy) at 79 for the stake of your choice, in this case £5 a point. If Hakkinen goes on to win 92 points in the season you would win 13 times you stake. 13 x £5 = £65 However, if Hakkinien had a disappointing season and scored only 63 points the same bet would lose you 16 times your stake. 16 x £5 = -£80
